Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)

• Conducts the SA on-site audit as team leader/team member of audit team- performing audit procedures according to the SA on-site audit procedure.

Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines)

• Communication with Coordinator for direction in case special circumstances.

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

• Work and report honestly, objectively in audit, protect BV reputation in all circumstance without condition.
• Prepare and submit quality audit reports, present to specialist timely according to BV guidelines.
• Prepare and submit complete, audit files according to BV guidelines.
• Provide training and develop trainee and associate auditor in daily work. Prepares annual performance evaluation for Auditor and Associate Auditor.
• Communicates integrity issues to N+1/N+2 or Integrity Manager in a timely manner.
• Submit audit and expense reports in time per company policies.
• Finish other responsibilities assigned by superiors.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

Core skills:

• Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility
• Good command of English language skills in written and verbal form. Sound communication and presentation skills.
• Team player

Other skills:

• Familiar with the operation of factory of consumer production;
• Knowledge on ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 preferred;
• Good command of computer skills, such as Windows, Word, Excel, PDF, etc;
• Willing to travel frequently

Qualifications:

• College or above degree
