Position: Maintenance Manager
Report to: GM
Team size: 20 subordinates
Location: Jiangmen Guangdong

Accountability:
？ Lead the maintenance team to set up the system to keep the facility in good order.
？ Plan maintenance activities according to production requirements.
？ Report status and progress of planned activities and provide recommendations.
？ Ensure strong technical support for trouble shooting and repair in case of any equipment breakdown. Develop a recovery plan to cover all major possible breakdowns.
？ Propose long term problems resolution in order to reduce maintenance breakdown, maintenance cost.
？ Monitor external service supplier working to ensure repair and maintenance is done safely and timely.
？ Manage spare parts stocks to reduce possibility of breakdown due to spare parts shortage,
？ Establish and maintain TPM system to ensure effective implementation.
？ Encourage continuous improvements to ensure maintenance KPIs are achieved.

Requirements:
？ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor, or equivalent
？ More than 8 years experiences in equipment maintenance, 5years manager level experience.
？ Good knowledge about the process and equipment for PCB manufacturing
？ Good understanding of TPM and steps to establish a TPM system.
？ Hands on experiences with large machinery/equipment maintenance/repair.
？ Good communication skills.
