Responsibility:

1. Control the marketing budget for various chain and lead the A&P team to well conduct

2. Establish the effective display working process to ensure the consistant and solid retail presence.

3. In charge of formulation of the annual A& P plan and budget.

4. Working closely with key accounts, propose appropriate promotion plan to push the sell-in and sell-out.

5. Searching for efficient sponsor opportunity to increase the field presence in SC.

6. Planning and Implementing effective A&P campaigns to boost the sales and maximize the chains' market share, and build up the consistent image and identity for respective chain in accordance with the marketing position defined.

7. Control spending within the approved A&P budget.

8. Lead Visual Merchandising team to complement all retail stores designning and standard retail presence


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degrees above, majored in marketing management or business administration.

2. Good presentation and communication skills. Excellent people management and leadership skill

3. Mature and easy going, excellent English command

4. Over 8 Years marketing experience in FMCG/Retail , both trade marketing and brand marketing

5. Advertising knowledge, media buy & plan, merchandising knowledge.Experienced in Event, PR, Media, building brand image
