职能：
品牌视觉形象概念理解
店铺项目设计，设计审核流程与装修流程，现场质量监督
对工作相关人员进行设计，监理，质量培训
其它与专卖店形象相关的未尽事宜
要求：
大专以上学历
2年以上相关零售设计管理经验，有现场监理工作经验者优先考虑
EXCELL，WORD，PPT
英文熟悉者优先考虑
逻辑条理性强，有系统思考能力并有仔细认真的工作态度
优秀的团队合作能力，良好的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力
Job Responsibilities
CK brand values
Clearly understand CK brand values and design culture and how it translates into retail environments, coach and communicate CK brand language to franchisee.
Work closely with retail presentation manager and AP design team to understand all space planning and design guidelines. Apply design guidelines for all retail environments.
Space planning and quality control
Responsible for understanding the retail environment as it relates to all channels and accounts .From this be able to lead the space planning process internally with sales and retail partners.
Design space plans for selected geographic area and/or specific set of accounts. Provide timely and within budget design solutions for all CK environments. Ensure quality executions and accurate executions.
Closely monitor quality and design details of spaces (construction, design, fixture, layouts, etc) Continue to search for solutions and ideas to improve overall quality control and processes. Ensure all space plans meet capacity needs to ensure business revenue.
Gain in-depth knowledge of quality materials for retail applications. Be able to utilize this knowledge to provide good design solutions and evolve our programs.
Manage the process/communication
Mange an efficient process to maximize design time and approval process among internally Design manager, senior management team and AP/CKI
Develop effective ways to monitor quality, space planning and fixture results and develop a process to take action and make sure things get done
Build working relationships of mutual respect, trust and credibility within associated departments: retail, whole sale, VM.
Work closely with Retail presentation manager on training programs to franchisee
Job Requirement
1.2-3 years of relevant experiences
2.Innate visual sensitivity of all aspects of visual presentation based on the brand aesthetics
3.Energetic/vibrant spirit, proactive attitude and passion to make things happen on daily work
4.Good communication skill, always-learning and strong self-promotion will
