Job Discription：

1. Leadership

*To achieve a leading priority for CKJ & CKU’s business in Hangzhou Market

*To meet or even exceed all the targets or requirements from the company

*To oversee Hangzhou daily business, store-image and store service quality

2. Execution

*To set monthly off-take targets for the related stores and secure the target-achievement

*To plan booking forecast and control related daily expense

3. Business Overview

*To develop new stores, follow up new store openings, commercial terms negotiation skill is needed

*To analyze sales performance frequently and make up related business plan

*To go store visiting and help to maintain good store status

4. Business Partner maintenance

*To help maintain sound communication with the local franchisee

*To infill the local franchisee with brand culture

*To help upgrade the local franchisee team’s profession in business field

Qualifications：

Over 5 years of apparel retail and wholesale management experience (management experience in Hangzhou before would be a good plus)；

Communication and coordination skills；

Frequency in business trips.
