Key areas of accountability:
? Design process jigs & fixtures and/or equipment for the new products and control the expenses;
? Maintenance the equipment, jig & fixture;
? Support analysis defects together with Sub-contractor and provide the inputs for the root cause of the defect. Trouble-shooting and work with relative colleagues for the problem solving when necessary;
? Conduct regular process audit on Sub-contractor production line and drive for improvements from the audit findings;
? Support new project in the DFMEA, and lead for PFMEA;
? Design and establish the Process Flow/Process Control Plan with the PCP team for the new products;
? Design and establish the line layout /working instruction with Sub-contractor;
? Lead and evaluate trial runs of production and follow up the open actions with PCP team before the mass production;
? Support automation equipment for efficiency and quality improvement.

Job scope:
Work under minimum supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management. Work requires independent decision making and the decision would directly influence the production.

Qualification:
? Academic / Professional Qualification: Min Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Acoustical
? Working Experience: 5 years’ experience in related industry, preferably in speaker industry
? Expertise / Skills: Knowledge of problem solving tool like SE, DOE. Able to use CAD, Pro/e to design jigs & fixture.
? Language skills: Ability to converse in English
? Personal Attributes: Team player, clear and concise in communication, following up on details
