Responsibilities:
-Technical training (not include Body/Paint training) annual planning and scheduling for Guangzhou training center and south region training bases, based on target assigned.
-Lead Guangzhou Technical Training team to develop & maintain training materials based on BMW international technical training concept
-Guangzhou based Technical Training team management and personnel development.
- Guangzhou based external agency technical trainers Qualification and Training quality management.
- Technical training related projects assigned
- Guangzhou training center operation administration

Qualifications:
- University degree / graduated in engineering (chemistry, paint, material science)
- Hands on technical experiences in automobile industry
- At least 5 years training experiences"
- Training management and training delivery experiences
- Managerial experiences
- Master of BMW technology and a master technician
- In-depth understanding of aftersales business, especially in workshop area
- Certified BMW Master Trainer, a role model of training and coaching
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- People Management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analyzing and planning skills
- Customer and business oriented
- Creative, flexible and reliable
