PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Maintain and improve the equipment & production line, continuously reduce down time rate
   Troubleshoot when there is any issue with the equipment & production line
2. Participates in project monitoring (attending meetings, technical reviews (internal
   and external), in commissioning and production start-up.
3. Review and maintain TPM related documentation for old equipments
4. Leads and / or participates in continuous improvement teams.
5. Performs and supervises interventions of maintenance teams, and uses if necessary
   troubleshooting equipment.
6. Implement new equipments acceptance, draft maintenance WI, training maintenance technicians and operators
   Continuously improve spare parts according to equipment specification, maintenance record and maintenance experience
7. Provide maintenance solution or suggestion to BU
8. Maintain and update equipment fault data, analyze root causes and make action plan
   Contact with supplier to solve equipment or spare parts related issues

REQUIREMENTS

1. Mechanical Engineer degree
2. three years experiences on a production site,in machining and assembling large series using highly automated equipment
3. Ability to facilitate group work and training
4. Fluency in English
