化学产品研发技术经理/R&D & Technology Manager-Chemical（快速消费品行业FMCG经验优先）

Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with development team to translate claims into demonstrations that are consumer relevant and drive innovation understanding with consumer, customer;
2. Plans and execute technical and experimental tests with experts, or monitor test being conducted by other functions;

3. Lead new product implementation/ development according to Marketing product grid, including lab/ pilot batches, stability/ micro test, claim substantiation, etc;
4. Review evaluates and /or summarizes technical and consumer data to generate claims;
5. Develop technical project timeline/ prepare technical bundle for assigned projects;
6. Conduct local validation of formulae recommended by PD and/or other technical groups;
7. Conduct EMO to ensure manufacturability and product integrity, communicate project status/issues in a timely fashion to Marketing/Supply Chain/ R&D;
8. Interface with Manufacturing and lead manufacturing process development and optimization, and trouble shooting as needed;
9. Implement applicable Corporate Quality Standards and ensure GLP in the laboratory/pilot, and compliance with EOHS.

Job Requirements:
1. Bchelor Degree or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other related fields;
2. 3 years experience in FMCG industry, minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
3. Global mindset, Team alignment, Interpersonal and communication skills;
4. Should be proficient in English, both written and oral;
5. Good time management and strong organizational skills;
6. Creative / innovation minded, Fast learner;
7. Consumer research and /or development experience;
8. Technical project evaluations, project management experience.
