Job Responsibility:

• Maintain and update retail training materials on a regular base
• Organize training per yearly calendar and monthly training schedule, issue training notification.
• Book training room, prepare training facilities and documents, liaise trainers and handle all related communications
• Deliver retail school training, seasonal product training to store staff and induction training to office new comer;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of both classroom and on-job-training
• Make regular store visit to follow up staff performance after each round of training to reinforce the training result
• Make observation on in-store internship and coach store managers to do better instruction and evaluation
• Responsible for Trainee Programs and organize all training activities and closely follow up the evaluation process to assure the smooth running
• Provide support on other training porgrams and activities related in China

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, Good oral and written English, CET6 with more than 3 years related experience
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail; Ability to communicate with all levels of staff; Good training skills and organization skills; Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
• 2+ year training experience is preferred
