1.负责产品外发加工的质量检验和监控；
2.与外发加工厂沟通,不合格要求返工的产品，跟进返工，并追踪结果；
3.编写检验报告示；
4.对错检、漏检或检验记录不真实直接责任。

JuniorTrading QC

Essential functions of the position(Tasks):
1> To go to different supplier in Chinafrequently to perform the inspection job in accordance with AQL and relevantspecification & requirements.
2> To monitor the quality statusof production line as per company’s policy.
3> To work out relevant inspectionreport for corresponding P/O, and must use the English to issue relevantinspection report or email is necessary.
4> To resolve all the quality andtechnical problems and work close with factory how to improve the productionline and product, and help to follow up relevant CAP once any inspection failurehappened.
5> To follow up relevant outsideLaboratory testing works.
6> To follow up relevant documentmanagement work.
7> To follow up any other task thathas been appointed by quality manager.
8> To report to quality manager inChina.

Position requirement:

1. High school and / or above graduated.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in quality inspectionin the toys field.
3. Good understanding of inspectionstandard according to AQL, manufacturing process, and ability to find out thepotential quality control problems during mass production.
4. Computer literacy with email and spreadsheetsoftware knowledge required.
5. Good command of Mandarin and able towrite English report.
6. Responsible,self-disciplined, motivated, forward-looking, clean-fingered, able to work under pressure and work independently.
