职位描述
Responsibilities: 工作职责
-Coordinate the tooling transferences from suppliers（drawing/tooling/spare part/ etc)
协调模具从供应商移转的所有工作(图纸、模具、备件等）
-Support daily production operations with regards to injection molds and all molding
quality issues, come out action plan for tooling modification
支持注塑模具日常的生产和所有注塑质量问题的解决，制定模具方面的改进计划
-Evaluate the performance of tooling supplier, provide the improvement for tooling
modification to save the cost for company
稽核模具供应商的绩效，针对模具修改方案提出改善措施，节约模具维修成本
-Ensure tooling preventive maintenance for daily/weekly/monthly is performed on
schedule and to meet good quality requirement and expectations.
确保模具保养（日/周/月）按计划执行，从而满足质量的要求和期望
-Work with finance to work out the yearly budget of tooling
与财务门完成年度模具预算
-Travel to tooling suppliers to solve problems concerning tooling and report to line manager and client.
根据安排出差至相关模具供应商处解决问题，并及时向直线经理与客户汇报
