Human Resources and Administration Manager (Station in ZhongShan / Shaoguan, China)
Job Requirements:
? Diploma holder in Human Resources Management is preferred
? Minimum 10 years human resources and office administration experience from manufacturing environment in China
? Hands-on experience in human resources field such as recruitment, payroll handling, working procedures, compensation and benefit and personnel forms as well as handling performance management.
? Responsible for managing the daily operation of administration functions such as dormitory and security team in a factory environment
? Well-versed in China Labor Law and China Taxation Regulations Independent, flexible and able to work under pressure
? Mature, meticulous, self-motivated with strong analytical sense
? Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
? Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
? Immediate available will definitely be an advantage

? 成熟, 细心, 具自我推动力及较强的分析能力
? 良好英语书写和听说能力
? 熟悉MS-Office各项软件操作, e.g. MS-Excel
