Senior Supplier Quality Engineer(SQE)/高级供应商质量工程师

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct supplier scanning/ evaluation/ selection/ audit according to requirements;
2. Determine/ develop product specifications with product managers to meet target cost;
3. Monitor material/ process/ machine costs conditions to support target costing;
4. Implement continuous improvement program with suppliers;
5. Work with suppliers, product & supply chain Dept. to ensure time to market;
6. Support in process owners in defining / processes.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Manufacturing Engineering;
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience Quality or SQE experiences in a manufacturing / product development environment;
3. Strong working knowledge in Quality systems, manufacturing process & costs and product development;
4. Proficient knowledge of MS office software (especially MS Excel, Powerpoint);
5. Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin;
6. Skills in efficient project management.
