Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for reviewing product specification, production schedule and product cost estimation ensure that it is accurate.
2. Perform preliminary cost estimation, "Ball Park pricing", when necessary,
3. Provide competitive cost for component sourcing.
4. Understand and manage the impact of cost challenges. Develop feasible cost saving options to achieve target prices.
5. Manage and ensure quotations to clients by Account Services are accurate and on time.
6. Provide clear and sufficient product information/specification to suppliers for quotation.
7. Manage factory quotation and provide competitive cost on Cross pricing Happy Meal Program.
8. Responsible for analyzing factory quotation and negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive cost and meet budget price point.
9. Perform post-project costing review and report.

Requirements:

1. Education - University graduated degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Manufacturing.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in Toy Manufacturing Industry preferably in the field of engineering development and product costing.
3. Specialized in hard or soft toy costing is a plus.
4. Familiar to the selection of toy material and manufacturing process.
5. Ability to analyze supplier quotations, trading terms and conditions.
6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interfaces with employees at all levels of the organization, customers and vendors in a cross functional environment.
7. Must possess strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
8. Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese.
9. Proficient knowledge in Windows & MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).
10. Strong Analytical skills, detailed oriented & well organized.
11. Must be responsible & able to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team.
