POSITION REPORTS TO: Senior Director of Digital Production

LOCATION: Shenzhen

POSITION PURPOSE: Develop websites, games, web and mobile applications

POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate would have:

Strong Hand Illustration Skills
Strong Adobe Photoshop Coloring Skills
Strong Adobe Illustrator Skills/Corel Suite
Strong Digitization Skills
Game Design Experience
Game Background Art, Character Design, Item Design
Game Item Animation, Sprite Creation
Knows the process of game development, from concept -> design -> cut up(preparation) -> integration
Creative and can proactively give ideas
Offer more ideas than asked!
Detailed and organized.
Attention to detail
Excellent communicator.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.


Candidate would be good to have the following skills but not vital:
Flash knowledge (Animation and Simple Code) (including work with art done in Illustrator and/or Photoshop, and import that into flash for website or game development)
Strong foundation in visual/interface design, motion graphics and UI design.
Experienced in designing graphics and pages for websites (design graphics for games is a plus)
Experience in 3D modeling and textures

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

4+ years web / interactive development and animation experience.
Bachelor Degree needed
