Job Responsibility:

Support suppliers audit and approval, help develop new suppliers base on new sourcing project requirement and company strategies Supplier Development;

Develop new sourcing project schedule, drive suppliers on milestone deliverables;

Manage new sample and tooling qualification & PPAP reviews;

Support supplier on new product design ,new material sourcing;

Review quotation, negotiate on price and lead-time for approval;

Arrange and join the trial run at supplier side. Review WI, Control Plan Check PSA samples and submit samples to US for final approval;

Work with SQE to analysis quality issues, follow up the corrective actions and check result with supplier;

Help supplier to establish and maintain quality system & on-site quality control;

Lean manufacturing experience & 6 Sigma green or black belt is preferred.

Job Requirement:

Engineering background

Familiar with ISO9000 and experience with quality systems such as quality techniques APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan;

Excellent time management, project scheduling with contingency plans;

Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
