职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, edit and finalize company HR and CSR policies;
Conduct all of company’s CSR activities/work;
Translate, edit and review the corrective action plans to respond the customer’s requests;
Conduct and assist with relevant training and projects.
Provide the HR and CSR Solutions for factories.
Provide the training about HR and CSR project for factory and client.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years working experience of CSR (corporate social responsibilities) or compliance auditing;
could independently work and deal with CSR affairs;
Good communication and presentation skill;
Good knowledge of China laws and regulations regarding Labor, Health, Safety and Environment;
Language ability: Fluent Mandarin & English both in written and spoken;
IT skills: email, MS world, Excel & PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree.
Project management experience is required;

电脑操作：Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint。
要求有项目管理经验。
