Responsibility:


1. Receive incoming orders.
2. Create manufacturing orders and forward to Assembly floor;
3. Handle order confirmation to customer.
4. Tracing customer payment & arrange shipment;
5. Checking on time deliveries to customers and communicate with related departments if discrepancies occur.
6. Deputy function to PMC department.
7. All above points must be processed through ERP system.
8. Reporting directly to operations manager.


Requirement:


1. Besides a bachelor degree at least 3 years relative working experience.
2. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
3. Nice voice & good skills at calling customers.
4. Familiar with ERP and Microsoft office will be considered in priority (Infor LN or SAP experience would be an advantage).
5. Working at the attitude of patience, humility, carefulness and diligent.
6. Strong in team spirit, open mind to discuss with colleagues and help others.
