Valuation Department - Manager - 估价部-经理

Responsibility-职责

· Site inspection and preparation of valuations and writing reports for various purposes

l 现场勘查，准备和撰写估价报告

Requirement-要求

· Bachelor degree or above in valuation, Economics, Business or Real Estate related disciplines

l 学士学位或以上，估价、经济、业务或房地产相关专业

· Qualified Surveyor or possess equivalent professional qualification，such as CREA

l 有测量师资格或相等同的专业资格，例如：中国注册房地产估价师资格

· Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills

l 具有出色的分析、表达和沟通能力

· Excellent PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

l 精通办公室软件

· At least five years professional experience in property valuation

l 至少5年专业物业估价经验

· Responsible, initiative, self-disciplined team player;

l 有责任心，积极主动，自律，有团队合作精神

· Proficiency in both oral and written English and Chinese

l 精通英语及中文听说读写

· To have business Channel in the valuation market will be advantageous for Valuation Manager
