Responsibility

1. Conduct inspection according to internal inspection standard and AQL standard.

2 Prepare the accurate inspection report along with pictures.

3. Accept/Reject the shipment based on inspection results.

4. Submit the report and retain samples to the supervisors for review.

5. Operate the measuring devices like caliper, micro meter, pull gauge, noise test apparatus, tachometer, measuring cylinder etc.

6. Assist supervisor in resolving customer complaint or Quality issue.

7. Responsible for the authenticity, timeliness of the factory visit task be assigned by Department Manager

8. Conduct the drop test as per inspection standard.

Requirements:

1. College graduate with consumer products, toy industry background.

2. Fluent in written and oral English, with CET level 4 or above;

3. Minimum 3 years inspection working experience at daily consumer products/Toy inspection;

4. Familiar and conversant with AQL, safety and regulatory standards, especially know the knowledge about daily consumer/Toy product inspection standard;

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
