职位描述
Main Responsibility:
1.Develop and implement a rolling 3-year acount strategic business plan in accordance with Southco Management’s goals and objectives. The plan will list and detail business growth objectives relevant to all major Key Accounts and programs in SalesForce database.?????
2.Execute the company value selling strategy to ensure profitable growth year of year
3. Meet with 20-25 contacts per week, including developing principal contacts at designated key accounts and document all pertinent contacts and activities with them in SalesForce databases.
4.Prepare and submit Monthly Overview summaries to communicate significant field activities and record progress of key account programs
5.Use SalesForce in daily planning, document and execute pertinent business activities (i.e., appointments, telephone conversations, quotes, sample requests, etc.). Use SalesForce Opportunity Manager to characterize and communicate key account opportunities and prepare periodic forecast updates.
6. Communicate marketplace activity to Southco Product and Industry Management personnel. Identify "value enablers" for all designated Key Accounts and prepare proposals as required.
7.Timely submission of an annual goal-setting package to sales management - a critical component of which is a 3-year bookings forecast by P/N for all Southco Sales Management assigned accounts in Salesforce.com.
Requirement:
1. BSME or equivalent
2. Overseas company working experience with strong people skills
3. Sales experience - 5 or more years in Auto and/or Off Highway or Rail segment
4. Excellent sales, communication, presentation and listening skills
5. Strong learning capability
6. Both Key Account and Distributor managing experiences
7. Independent good sales won achievements
8. Southco Product and Application Knowledge is a plus
