Atlas Material Testing Technology LLC (www.atlas-mts.com), founded in 1919, is the world's first and number one manufacture of instruments for testing the degradation of materials to the effects of weather. Our factories are located in Chicago, USA and Frankfurt, Germany and we import for the China market. In China we have direct sales, technical service and customer support in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Shenyang. We are currently looking for an energetic, organized and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team.


Responsibilities include:

1. Review customer contracts and enter internal purchase orders to factories following company guidelines and policies
2. Obtain and track shipping documents from the factories and communicate relevant information to the customers in a timely manner
3. Assist logistics in importation of goods to help minimize transit times from factory to customer
4. Generate and communicate customer quotations based on input from the sales engineers
5. Follow up to ensure on-time payment, L/C issues are resolved and outstanding payments are collected
6. Act as a primary customer resource for calls, emails and voice mails when a sales engineer is unavailable
7. Maintain and update our global CRM system (salesforce.com)

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years experience in sales support or customer service experience, preferably from an organization(s) importing goods or products into China.
