Job position: Intern Operation Assistant

Department: Operation Team

Reports to: Legal&Commercial Manager

City Base: Shanghai

Responsibility:
- Provide assistance and administrative support to operation team activity.
- Data collecting, inputting and maintaining, tracking commercial implementation.
- Arrange meetings, take meeting minutes and circulate documents to relative parties in time.
- Commercial documents preparing, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- Other operation issues.
