Description of Position / 职务描述


Take care of auto & components accounts and develop new accounts and business of SHBW

Achieve target sales budget of assigned accounts.





Key Job Functions / 主要工作职能

? Maintain business relationship with customers and achieve the annual sales budget.

? Implement company strategic decision and sales plan.

? Collect drawings, samples or technical specification from customers for quotation, and organize contract reviewing and provide quotation to customers.

? Ensure completion of orders in time, and collect AR in time.

? Follow up the new product/business development till final confirmation of customers.

? Support Project management team to collect relevant information and commercial negotiation

? Deal with complains and feedback of customers.

? Collect information of the industry, competitors and report to assistant sales manager & Sales manager in time.

? Weekly and monthly business plan and report in time.

? Develop potential new customers and business.

? Effective communication with relevant department.

? Value-added service to customer in time.

? Others as assigned by superior management.

? Self-motivated and result oriented.

? Positive attitude, team player spirit and proactive activities.

? Minimum 3 years’ experience in Auto and components industry is preferred

? Good communication skills in expressing company values and technical solutions; with solid sales communication skill.

? Proficiency on Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel and Power Point, MS project management etc)

? Be good at cooperating with other dept and team members.

? Flawless executive capability.

? Honest and trustworthy
