Product Manager(产品经理)
We are a young an energetic mid-size company in the field of consumer electronics. We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced staff.
Job Responsibility:
1. Perform competitive analysis, research consumer trends related to web, IT consumer, PC, and mobile applications; Tablet PC…etc. deliver product and feature recommendations based on market research. Sourcing products and factories for new and existing projects. Define and execute product strategy for various products to address both carrier and application developer opportunities.
2. Follow up independently negotiation with the factories for terms and order procedures, Communicate with customer and follow up orders, shipments, payments, and documentation.
3. Organize and manage multiple projects effectively. Co-work effectively with factory, the design team, development, and QA to understand customer requirements, ensure product and feature feasibility, create and manage schedule, review and enhance software quality, and deliver on time.
4. Develop product scope, use cases, wireframes, workflow, specification, schedule and roadmap; manage the review process
5. As Product Manager,
a. You will be tasked with ensuring that products are the best in the industry. This role offers hands-on responsibility for creating products that meet quality and revenue targets.
b. You will work closely with our customers to successfully launch products into the market.
6. Outside the office - Visit factories and exhibitions in China / overseas.
Qualifications:
1. College degree in a relevant technical discipline is required and an MBA is preferred (or significant, equivalent and relevant IT Consumer, PC, Mobile applications or wireless product management).
2. At least 5 years in product management experience in working of relevant IT Consumer, PC, Mobile applications, Project management experience is a plus
3. Strong technical background around product development
4. Outstanding teamwork and communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
5. Enthusiasm and strong opinions backed by reasoning are welcome.
6. Strong written and oral communication skills.
Skills:
Positive attitude and willing to learn. Self-motivated and able to solve problems and tasks without constant supervision.
Willing to work hard, under stress and pressure, and work more than the standard working hours including weekends whenever needed
Independent and willing to use initiative. Easy team player, trustworthy and honest.
