Job description:
1. Manage company daily cash & running accounting book
2. Daily accuracy Quickbooks system input.. New orders, new purchasing, expenses...
3. Weekly Accounting & Order report to manager
4. Quarterly general reconciliation about Tax Part
5. Coordinate with Accounting Consultant Firm to be responsible to keep company tax normal operation.
6. Assist manager in tax planning and tax payment preparation
7. Assist manager/Accounting Consultant firm in annual external auditing or internal auditing
8. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting timely and accurately
9. Company business registration renewal (HK & SZ office), Coordinate with agency for all needed documentations.
10. Monthly salary, social insurance, housing fund release
11. Payments to suppliers/ office sundry expenses.
12. Company foreigner working visa renewal.

13. Sales/Purchasing orders coordination
14. Other tasks assigned by manager

Request:
1. Education: not request
2. Experience: 2 years accounting working experience, Experience on use of Finance system like Quickbooks is preferred
3. Language: English.
4. Computer Skills: Experience on use: outlook, office.
5. Other important competencies: Ability to work under pressure and problems solving; Quick learner, open and logical minded; Team player and good communication skills.
