Responsibility :
1) Responsible for material supply chain preparation on new product introduction with R&D Team ,coordinate with sourcing peers to provide BOM material readiness on new product launch
2) Work with supplier on RFIs , RFQs and ensure that technical , engineering and quality requirement are adequately defined and communicated to supplier.
3) New supplier identification, part sample request ,design equipment procurement support.
4) Identify ,develop ,qualify new supplier in greater china to support commodity sourcing strategies
5) Work with current supplier to achieve Year on Year cost reduction
6) Monitor and communicate current commodity market conditions, technology roadmap, and identify supply/demand challenges.
7) Work with OEM ,R&D to develop communicate, implement and track commodity sourcing strategies in support of segment requirements and keep production running smoothly and on time delivery
8) Develop /Improve supplier performance and Collaborates internally and externally as required to optimize supply chain results
Qualification/Requirement :
1) At least 3-5 years solid sourcing and purchasing experience in industrial electronics sector and in video surveillance preferably .
2) Be familiar with supply chain of PCBA,PCB, electronics component
3) Be familiar with commercial terms, ,customs regulation in Asia countries as wells strong knowledge in manufacturing process
4) Good interpersonal & communication skills with strong sense of team spirit
5) Capable to undertake high pressure of workload and challenges and to adapt into the changing environment.
6) University or higher degree is required
7) Good command of English and Paper Work
