Senior/Staff Firmware Engineer

Responsibilities

· Maintain and develop prototype Firmware code for meter applications

· System validation of meter SOC device

Mandatory Skills

· Good knowledge about smart meter

· Good knowledge about Cortex-M0/3/4 based MCU architecture and firmware development

· Fluency in English (both Oral and writing) and communication skill

Preferred Skills

· Electricity and gas meter architecture

· Zigbee, PLC and Wifi protocol stacks

· TCP/IP, security

· Smart Energy Profile

· Energy metering / metrology algorithm

· Real time operating system

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Control Systems

Experience

· 6+ years of working experience in the high-tech industry.

· 2+ years of experience in an US or Europe based company

· 4+ years of experience in embedded firmware development
