主要职责
1. Java高级软件工程师主要工作包括：
2. 项目需求分析和设计，提供项目技术解决方案
3. 进行软件开发工作，包括系统设计，编码，测试以及文档撰写，并保证软件性能，质量和安全
4. 已有项目的维护工作，包括Bug查找和修复以及项目升级开发等
5. 根据需求进行客户报表需求的分析和脚本开发，确保报表数据的正确性
6. 在项目开发过程中，贡献自己在该领域的相关经验和培训。
7. 完成公司分配的其他任务
职位技能
1. 计算机本科及以上或同等学历
2. 至少3年及以上软件开发经验；有良好、规范的编程习惯和文档编写习惯
3. 至少2年及以上Java和数据库开发经验；熟悉面向对象设计，具备较强的需求分析和系统设计能力，熟悉设计模式和UML；可以进行数据库脚本开发；熟悉MSSQL数据库的优先考虑
4. 精通Java语言；对于J2EE架构有深入的理解，精通SSH(Struts，Spring，Hibernate)架构；熟悉Spring MVC框架的优先考虑
5. 熟悉Linux或Unix系统
6. 有较强学习能力和一定的成长潜力，善于学习及了解新技术，具有较强的分析、解决应用问题的能力。
7. 拥有较好的沟通技巧(听、说、读、写)
8. 拥有较好的英语口语和书写能力
9. 有较强的责任心和工作积极性

General mission
Develop Engineer’s mission is to provide high quality software development service to internal customers and also Accor Services customers in other countries.

Main Responsibilities
IT Java Develop Engineer’s main tasks including:
1. The development position is to study, plan and co-ordinate the projects and to study the technical solutions in advance of each phase.
2. Software development, which may include project management, design, coding, testing and documentation, in accordance with rules and procedures defined by Headquarter.
3. This position is also providing query & report upon request.
4. To ensure the good course of the projects, the position must liaise with the system admin and Integration in order to respect the planning and give them the competence transfer and training.
5. It must also give the company its expertise on collateral projects in the IT & Logistic domain. Training is also given upon request.
6. Reporting on the progression of the project(s) and the quality level of the service directly with his superior and his client.
7. Other missions given by the company

Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent;
2. At leave 3+ years software development experience;
3. At least 2+ years experience in Java and SQL server development is essential;
4. Project experience in main Java open source framework as Spring, Hibernate is a plus;
5. Familiar with Linux or Unix system and proven development skills in Java and SQL server;
6. Strong desire to learn, develop and excel, humble, responsible ,great potential to grow with the organization;
7. Good communication skills (listening / probing, writing, speaking);
8. Good English capability in both writing and conversation;
9. Self-initiated, motivated, reliable, independent, and driving.
