DESCRIPTION

§ Client infra team is comprised of a dedicated group of professionals who develop and ensure the integrity of client service, including mass software delivery, vulnerability/threaten management, server base computing, automation and technical innovation. The team maintains a farm of 10000+ clients with backend infrastructure for Citi China.

RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Provide superior support on client infrastructure covers
Thick client (Win7 with HP Client Automation)
Thin client (Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp 6.5 with EMC NAS)

Secure configuration (McAfee VirusScan and internal group policy)
Innovation (Mac OSX and IOS with Airwatch)

§ Work with global team for horizontal/vertical application delivery

§ Market and deliver new products and services of CTI to end-user

§ Act as desktop expert to investigate incidents escalated from Tier-1 and Tier-2 team.

§ Identify and control the risks on desktop management platform, make improvement plan through process control manual.

§ Bridge well global team on China business development and local environment esp. regulatory requirement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

§ 2+ years of relevant experience.

§ Expert knowledge of Windows, Windows Client knowledge from MCITP is preferred.

§ Strong troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Sysinternal tools.

§ Good scripting skill to minimize manual effort. Batch command or vbs is mandatory.

§ Experience of mass software deployment and product is a plus.

§ Experience of working under globalization operational model. Strong communication skills to manage the deliverable from global team.

§ Good adaptive ability and self-learning skill

§ Passion on new technology and industry trend.

§ A result oriented person with willing to work at non-standard hour.
