Day to Day Responsibilities:

Reporting and Forecast

• Responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control;
• Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes regional entities and new business opportunities (including Greater China, EMEA, Brazil, India, East Asia and ect.);
• Collect data and performs financial reporting and analysis (eg. Margin and Profitability);
• Participate and Coordinate Forecasting, Budgeting and Long-range Plans process;
• Help to close the book of one unit, coordinate intercompany charges and transactions

Compliance and Control

• Prepare SOX requirement documentations
• Complete and review quarterly SEC requirements from all the locations

(*)Ad-hoc Projects / Tasks

• Develop and design financial models to propose and present recommendations on specific issues to management;
• Provide support and critical insight on the assumptions of business cases
• Liaise between Finance and Business Development team (including but not limited to a) Draft business case proposals b) Business Case support and c) Planning and forecasting/modeling)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent, MBA is preferred;
• 5+ years (*7+ years) experience in Finance function, including planning, reporting, financial analysis, transaction advisory, manufacturing or business development, in which 2+ years manufacturing finance experience;
• Understanding of China regulatory agencies (tax, customs, foreign exchange) and how to conduct business in China;
• Strong Finance/Accounting Background, knowledge of US GAAP and SOX, CPA or ACCA preferred;
• Work experience in multi-national company environment, experience in auditing firms is preferred

• Fluent in Mandarin and English - Strong reading, writing and speaking/presenting;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective cross-functional teamwork
• Excellent skill on Excel Spreadsheet, PowerPoint

• Able to work well across organizations and communicate effectively to senior management, external consultants, and government agencies
• Work is performed under general direction
• Plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives
