Responsibility
？ New Product Design/Specifications: Work closely with site management, QSI, SDSS, ESS, CSS, Packaging and marketing staff for developing new product specifications and manufacturing procedures of SSD production.
？ New Product DFM: Direct, review, and approve new product design, SSD PCB DFM and manufacturing process at QSI. Perform, review and approve Tolerance stack analysis.
？ Coordinate and direct new product introduction, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities on site at QSI.
？ Analyze technology and resource needs to plan and assess the feasibility of new SSD introduction and to sustain the SSD manufacturing at QSI with set corporate yield goal after NPI phase.
？ Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
？ Provide assembly engineering support in the manufacturing of SSD products. Work closely with QSI manufacturing lines to improve the manufacturing yields, product reliability, perform failure analysis, and manage any conflict at or with QSI manufacturing lines.
？ Develop and implement company policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed at QSI and upstream suppliers of SSD components
？ Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of consigned equipment, engineering materials or services.
？ Lead a team of SSD manufacturing engineers to provide best in class SSD manufacturing process on site at QSI.
Qualification
？ A Bachelor or Master Degree in Manufacturing Engineering /Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
？ At least 10 years of hand on experience in the EMS /SMT industries with minimum 5 years experience in engineering management.
Requirement
？ The individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, self-motivated and self-directed, however, the candidate must have demonstrated the ability to work well with people.
？ Must be able to multi-task and have good people management skill.
？ Must possess the analytical skill to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
？ A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
？ Practical experience in PCB or Substrate design and related manufacturing activities are most preferable.
？ Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
