Sr. Security Specialist – 上海闵行

Report To: Security Manager

Responsibilities:
? Guide and supervises the on-site contracts security Supervisor and guards, service providers and associated consultants on a 24 x 7 basis, but not limited to site security services, Access Control, Badge Services, Visitor Management, Reception and On-Site Events;
? Develops and maintains all site security Policies and Procedures, all security documentation including, but not limited to, Emergency Action, Evacuation and Security plans, Security Supplier Chain;
? Assists with emergency security situations if they arise;
? Assist investigation of all site or work related employee security issues and threats against Company property or employees;
? Assist to sets clear goals and objectives for the SDSS Security Team;
? Along with EH&S coordinates the activities and training of the Emergency Action Team
? Attends monthly meeting to understand security team operation issues needing
? Security service fee and other team fee checking
? Other assigned working
? Report to Security Manager

Qualifications
？ Academy degree or above.
？ Fluency in English

Experience
？ 5 years of working experience on security management in multi-national companies or big state-owned companies, and/or experience on development and implementation of security operations in multi-national companies e.g.
？ Develop and deploy the Security Policy and Procedure,
？ Safety awareness,
？ Familiar with TAPA and C-TPAT requirement
？ Knowledge of CCTV and access control system and computer

Personal Specification
？ Academy degree or above, graduated from Security/Police vocational college is preferred
？ Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker;
？ Ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
？ Ability to analyze security processes and indentify areas for improvements
？ Good Security Judgement and Awareness
？ Good communication skills and Implement
？ Enthusiastic and Integrity
？ Helpful and empathetic approach
？ Good skills in MS office
