Asia Finance Controller - 地点：浦东新区

Principal Accountabilities:



1. Closely working with business leaders as good business partner to provide valuable advices to help manage business

2. Focus on key operational issues and identify their financial impact, work on continuous improvements, cost reduction and working capital improvement projects; Oversee remote sites plants performance and driving for improvements



3. Prepare and Review the budget and forecast and provide explanations for variances



4. Coordinate preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required by division and corporate



5. Coaching, developing, training and direct oversight for FP&A group and plant controllers and other senior finance personnel



6. Maintain internal control system and provide timely reporting in accordance with company policies, including compliance with local laws and regulations of countries in the Asia region.



7. Participate in the review and valuation of acquisition candidates for the business



8. Oversee the analysis of product margin, price realization and support for business decision

Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:



This position requires the following:



1. More than 10 years managerial experience

2. Excellent oral and writing English Skill

3. MBA/Master degree preferred

4. M&A knowledge and experience are plus

5. Good communication skill

6. Strong leadership competence
