Associate Manager-Customer Service

BASIC FUCTIONS
Under the general supervision of Customer service manager, this position is required to provide authorized Company distributors with project quotation, order collection, order confirmation, shipment arrangement, after sales service through a none-stop and dedicated service. This will also enable us to better service customer orders and complaints and other needs.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead a team to perform following tasks to control the total process from quotation to delivery
-To perform quality customer services by handling incoming customers' general inquiries in a tactful and courteous manner
-To effectively and efficiently co-ordinate with related manufacturing plants, sales offices and other departments and distributors to ensure everything is in compliance with the committed production, delivery and shipment schedule.
-To provide quotation to the Company distributors according to the established sales policy and procedures and to process all purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner.
-To generate the subsequent manufacturing orders for the related manufacturing plants to ensure a correct, efficient and speedy information flow process.
-To provide the order acknowledgement to Company distributors upon receiving the confirmation from the related manufacturing plants.
-To work closely with distributors on the shipments schedule, payment chases, to ensure a high level of quality customer services.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
-Reports to Customer Service Manager
-Frequent contacts with distributors
-Frequent contacts with plants
-Frequent contacts with Sales Department
-Frequent contacts with Finance Department
-Frequent contacts with Marketing Department
-Occasional contacts with end users
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor graduate in international trade or relevant disciplines
-At least 6-8 years customer service experience in foreign company
-Good English in speaking, writing and reading
-Experience in import/export, good PC skills
-SAP experience is an advantage
