职位描述
Job Objective工作目标:
l In charge of General cost budget and management control of the plant
Job Responsibilities工作职责:
l Assist to prepare the budget and control of budget using variance analysis and standard cost
l Assist to preparation of the plan (mid term plan) and report
l Participate to monthly CO closing
l Manage cost centers and cost estimation timely
l Assist to prepare all internal reports to both groups (HGI, SG)
l Assist to prepare costs analysis to support production improvement, prototype costs, etc.
l Support quotation of sales team based on standard cost calculation.
l Propose to the management in improvement
l Take part in Inventory control, evaluation, physical inventory
l Participate in the quality improvement process by providing and explaining relevant studies and information (e.g. cost of quality)
EHS:
l Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
l Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
l Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
Job Requirements工作要求
- Education学历: Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Language语言: English: English: CET-6 （Fluent in spoken and written English）
- Computer skill计算机技能:
l Excellent at Excel
l SAP experience is a plus
l Normal of other computer skill (e.g. Word, PowerPoint)
Work experience工作经验:
l Above 3 years related working experience (for senior const controller only)
