Overview:
? To lead the logistics team to fulfill the requirement from customer and company.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for company logistics team coaching & incentive and the overall logistics performance of the company;
? Warehouse management ,include :bonded warehouse
? To assess potential logistics compliance risks for company logistics operation and guarantee the company's operation comply with Customs and CIQ regulation;
? Be responsible for achievement of logistics dept. performance and cost targets;
? Be responsible for analysis of the technical index, such as turnover rate and etc;
? Executes new initiates to improve work processes
? Coordinate with business dept.
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
? Familiar with the logistics operator of equipment/spare partsand supplies
? Familiar with the bonded warehouse management.
? Good understanding of the hole supply chain management.
? Good at Logistics cost control and analysis and inventory turn rate control.
? Familiar with the policies of customs import and export
? More than 10 years working experience in Logistics function and dept. management experience.
Special Requirements:
? U.S. and European company'swork experience ispreferred
