职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
1. To manage all office equipment, appliance and facilities to ensure cleanness, tidiness, safety and security of the office environment.
2. To assist relevant departments handling delivery of documents, reports, banknotes, etc., as well as transmission with supervisory authorities and other counterparties.
3. To handle inquiries from walk-in visitors.
4. To handle outgoing mailing issue, e.g. client statements and other documents, and mark register.
5. To handle incoming mails and distribute, and maintains records.
6. To coordinate the purchase and delivery of stationery, drinking water, and other office appliances, and maintain proper record.
7. Subscribe to newspapers & magazines according to the instruction of management,and keep in order.
8. Assist to handle office fire alarm & security issues, check the fire & security facilities regularly and keeping record;
9. To coordinate with the Administrative Company of the building for daily office management;
10. To provide office administration support when necessary, including but not limited to document copying or scanning, logistics support , procurement, etc
Requirements:
- University graduate, at least 3 years working experience in admin related field;
- Hard working, detailed oriented and willing to handle routine tasks;
- Strong sense of commitment & responsibilities, with teamwork spirit;
- Good interpersonal skills as well as communication skills;
- Good command of English is highly preferred.
