Main Responsibilities:

- To set objectives, strategies, success measures, and policy for existing customer and New Customer to be aligned with the Group's strategies and ensure achievement vs. goals;

- To articulate and monitor team business plans and performance by working with Relationship Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager in target setting, portfolio planning, and performance monitoring;

- To ensure that the operations within scope of responsibility are complied with the set standard and procedures;

- To consider and control the credit approval to be aligned with the Bank's credit policy and standards;

- To visit key customers/prospects with Relationship Manager and Advice to set up & develop the visiting plan;

- To manage co-ordination with product groups and other departments to identify new prospects and sales opportunities, and get support from them;

- To advise on credit recommendation, keep abreast of key market developments that may impact critical risk factors affecting credit customers within portfolio, and monitor overall credit quality in portfolio;

- To advise and evaluate support subordinates and manage within the approved budget.

Job Requirements

- Master degree from leading universities in business related areas such as finance, accounting, MBA, etc, with at least 5 to 8 years work experiences in commercial banking area;

- Familiar with the SME market in China especially in the Pearl River Delta region;

- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities, with great sense of credit risk control;

- Solid experience in managing/ leading a team to achieve target, with track record in problem solving as well as business development areas;

- Fluent in English speaking& writing, able to work under English environment.
