RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop the work plan, KPI, and manage the work to achieve goals;

- Study, analyze product structure/supporting system of the bank, develop product management framework

accordingly;

- Design/enhance/improve/find out solutions related to Product Development and Product Solution;
- Search for opportunity/Analyze Product Communication Strategy and coordinate with related work units &

Relationship managers to communicate the product to target customers;
- Develop/ improve the product & process/services end to end so that customers can use the product &services

efficiently and effectively;
- Solve issues in responsible areas including issues of employees under his/her supervision;
- Deliver the work which meets standard & regulations;
- Work closely with Direct manager to set performance expectation of employees in line with the work unit's

goal setting;
- Coach & motivate employees under supervision;
- Manage the work under the approved budget.

REQUIREMENTS

- University graduate preferably major in Business, Finance or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years related working experience in banking industry;
- Analytical, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good at people management and time management;
- Diligent and proactive, able to work under high pressure;
- English proficiency is highly preferred.
