Job Responsibilities

- To identify training and development needs within the bank through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers;

- To work closely with the Headquarter to design and develop training and development programmes based on both the bank's and the individual's needs;

- To develop local vendors based on the bank’s training needs and establish the vendor database;

- To coordinate all the training courses that are held in Shenzhen area, including logistics arrangement, training assistance, evaluation & following-up;

- To conduct some routine training programmes for Shenzhen employees, e.g. New Staff Orientation, General Business Etiquette, etc.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or related disciplines;

- At least 5 years’ experience in training field, familiar with local training vendors as well as course design & roll-out ;

- Excellent communication & presentation skills both in Chinese and English, previous experience in course delivery is essential;

- Passionate, proactive & energetic, able to work independently & under high pressure;

- Knowledge in banking industry will be highly preferred.
