1.Responsible for new development and improvement of operational processes of KBank China to ensure that Product Opertion Department's operations are continuously running in optimal efficiency and quality, with compliance to our policies and regulations,
2. through appropriate use of available tools and resources. This would additionally include providing operation support service to Operation staffs,
3. taking lead in managing new process development and deployment, and organizing trainings.
4. Support Product Operation Department's strategies and commit to the Department's Service Level Agreements

requirement:
1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, General Management, IT. Management or any majority in related field.
2.Advantage for 1 year of managerial experience or Project Management
3.Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and both in English and Chinese.
4.Have knowledge on SDLC, Operation Mgt., Quality Assurance, Project Management, KM., KPI, Balanced Scorecard
5.Have service mind with positive attitude.
