Key Responsibilities-
？ Experience in tax & non-tax compliance of: VAT/CIT/BT/Stamp Duty/Statistic/Financial…
？ Handling VAT system & VAT invoices;
？ Process tax compliance: calculation/ booking posting/ declaration/reconciliation report;
？ Familiar with the finance and tax regulations, good at PRC GAAP;
？ Review of expenses reports and payment applications; verification invoices & supporting;
？ Compile internal financial reports, accounting books & vouchers
？ Work with local bank/Tax authority/ SAFE etc. And handle the requests from authorities;
？ Payment overseas, documents prepare & process, withholding tax & payment issues;
？ Monthly cash flow forecasting;
？ Manage receivable from clients, reconciliation between accounting system & invoices;
？ Manage on company credit cards issue, review & monthly reconcile;
？ Coordinate & in assist of accounting issue with different business unit & branch offices in China;
？ Work closely & assist to GL/AP/AR team;
？ Other work assigned by Finance manager.
Requirements-
？ At least two years of finance experience with finance qualification;
？ Bachelor degree or above; major in accounting or finance
？ Effective communication capabilities, good team work spirit;
？ Good oral and written English skills. Good communication and interpersonal skill
？ Strong willing in learning;
？ Carefulness and patience; strong sense of responsibility
？ Good Excel & ERP skill; SAP experience preferable;
？ Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
