高级区域销售经理/ Senior Area Sales Manager（具有包装、耐用品、工业品、纺织品、电子类等销售经验优先）

（广州、深圳、中山、珠海、惠州各招一位）

工作职责：

1. 负责片区销售团队建设，并指导、带领片区销售人员完成公司下达的各项销售任务；
2. 负责管理片区内市场规范、价格规范和指导片区经销商拓展市场，提高片区销量及市场占有率；
3. 规划及执行区域所辖产品线之销售预测，并配合市场成长目标及该产品线之市场状况，制定各所辖区域之销售计划，执行销售作业；
4. 负责根据片区销售形势，提出片区广告促销方案等措施报公司市场部批准后实施；
5. 根据中期及年度销售计划开拓完善经销网络，根据营销总体规划，编制本辖区内客户的开发计划、销售网络布局和销售任务的分解到市场、到客户；
6. 规划所辖区域新市场、新渠道开发，拓展销售网，扩大营业绩效；
7. 搜集所所辖市场、客户及竞争对手资料，解读及分析信息，提出专业建议，供决策参考；
8. 负责回收片区经销商销售货款，并对片区经销商销售顾问进行培训、指导；
9. 协助业务 / 渠道 / 客户处理客诉问题，支持业务达成业绩目标，与渠道/客户系良好关系；

工作要求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，具有包装、耐用品、工业品、纺织品、电子类等销售经验优先；
2. 对市场有敏锐的观察能力和分析能力，熟悉片区销售工作流程，熟悉华南区域的市场经验优先；
3. 具较强沟通表达能力；良好的大局观和管理能力，敏锐的市场洞察力、应变能力；
4. 对目标市场的演示和分析具有良好的表述能力；
5. 具有较强的事业心，良好的团队协作精神，能承担任务的压力；

英文听说读写良好。
