职位描述
Job Title:CRM Sales Manager
MISSION
? Drive the growth of after sales revenues to contribute to business growth, operational objectives and customer retention
? Manage installed base to ensure best practices and controls are implemented and followed
? Expert SAP user with functional knowledge across CS, SD and MM domains needed to support local SAP and business operations
? Define, implement & control pricing strategy on after sales product
MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Lead activities that will achieve CRM targets and KPI's in support of overall business objectives
? Business information support. Perform data analysis of customer purchase history and buying patterns to identify revenue erosion and competitive threats; make recommendations to management and/or take direct actions to recapture the lost sales
? pro-active sales. Recognize, develop and capture revenue farming opportunities through the sale of after-market products and services
? SAP system. Continually advance and develop SAP user capabilities within District through training and other effective methods
? Install base management. Ensure District customer install base and asset management records are accurately updated and maintained within SAP according to business rules and methods
? Customer relationship. Perform frequent customer visits and collaborate with sales and service members to promote after sales products, and to grow and retain customer consumable business
? Contract management. Perform service contracts management, including customer presentations, contract sales and renewals, fee/billing plan follow-up and contract entry and sustainment in SAP
? Sales administration. Provide active support to sales team like quotation preparation, customer letter response and turn printer order confirmation into order towards platform when SAP CRM is in place, etc...
COMMENTS
? Education/Training Required:
? Bachelors Degree in a Business or Engineering discipline OR a Technical Associates degree with related work experience
? Work Experience Required:
? Over 6 years working experience
? Having after sales product sales experience prefered
? Knowledge & Skills:
? Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
? Familiarity with business process flows and Sales/Distribution ERP knowledge
? Knowledge or work experience within fast moving consumer goods/packaging/printing industry
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills that result in a clear presentation and understanding of details and facts
? Work Conditions or Specific constraints (Travel...):
? Must be willing and able to travel within assigned District boundaries. A travel requirement of 20% - 30% of available time is expected. Overnight travel and ability to work overtime will be required. International and domestic travel outside the assigned District boundaries may be necessary at times.
