Spare Parts Manager - 上班：徐家汇

Role Purpose
To overall manage and be fully responsible of Company Group China Customer Service Spare Parts operations. Ensure executions of country service strategy and service measurements are met. Manage best balance of parts inventory and spare parts supply level
Key Accountabilities
1. Manage daily Spare Parts Operation
Ø Establish necessary spare parts Operation processes, Management systems and measurement matrix to meet strategy and market needs.
Ø Establish and manage optimal spare parts inventory level both for central warehouse and branch stocks
Ø Response and fulfil spare parts order in a timely manner to Company Group Service Centres as well as retailers
Ø Establish standard operation guide line for spare parts order and handling at central level as well as branch service center level, ensure it’s execution via stock take and/or audit methods

2. Process Improvement
Ø Drive process and quality improvement initiatives to improve operation efficiency
3. People Managemen
Ø Develop professional, drive detail and team working climate
Ø Develop staff’s moral and loyalty
4. Financial Target
Ø Manage best balance of parts inventory and parts availability level to optimize company’s investment
5. Support brand and market
Ø Provide assistance and support to brand team and market when there is a needs
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job
Ø At least 5 years of spare parts and warehouse management experience in MNC
Ø At least 3 years of team / people management experience in MNC
Ø Good Communication skills and customer oriented mind set
Ø Be precise and drive into detail working style
Ø Passion, fast learner, willing to take challenge and adapt to change
Education and Certification Requirements
Ø Bachelor or above
Ø Fluent English in written and verbal
Job Specific Technical Requirements
Ø Watch making, jewellery or related working experience is preferable
