National Sales Manager
美国独资清洁设备公司,负责全国范围销售,带团队,丰厚的薪资福利和宽阔的发展前景
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Be responsible for Key Accounts, managing business development, sales growth to rapidly gain
? market share within the China market
? Lead sales team to achieve the sales target.
? Determine target accounts through research, market analysis and visits to distributors, customers
? Take the lead role by personally handle corporate accounts; win the business at the business
? margin objectives.
? Establish budget for New Product Introduction, volume, product mix, gross margin.
? Hire, train and coach team members in sales and technical skills
? Actively related to Marketing Communication for China (Exhibitions, web page, leaflets etc)
? Build and maintain effective working relationships with staffs in all functions and areas of the
? Business.
? Monitor and report on the financial performance, sales, margins and cost management
? Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
? B.S. required, preferably in engineering or science
? Prefer 5 years and over relevant working experiences, familiar with equipments
? Has a sound appreciation of the current and future requirements of customers and of the key issues facing them.
? Establishes and exploits good, mutually beneficial relationships with customers, key institutions other relevant bodies.
? Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel.
? Good interpersonal skill
? Honest, self-motivated, good team work
? Fluent written & verbal English communication skills.
