Senior accountant –For:Qingpu

Job Output:
§ Handle all general accounting issues;
§ Make sure all manual entries in the system are properly booked.
§ Responsible for financial reporting, both external and internal.
§ Facilitates appropriate customer billings, domestic and inter-company.
§ Facilitates appropriate cost study and cost reduction efforts.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
§ Ensure monthly and Year-end closing completed on schedule without mistakes.
§ Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts,
§ Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
§ Complete the internal and external reports timely and accurately, offer reasonable variance analysis and reason explanation.
§ Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
§ Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
§ Support of budget and forecast activities.
§ Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
§ Ensure accurate and appropriate analysis of cost and expenses.
§ Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide constructive recommendations.
§ Provide good service to internal and external customer.
Education & Work Experience:
§ Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
§ At least 5 years of accounting experience with a minimum of 2 years in a product manufacturing environment.
§ Relevant experience in a cost accounting/manufacturing role
§ Experience working in multi-national company is a plus.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
§ Strong analytical and accounting skills.
§ Logical thinking
§ Excellent communication skills
§ Advanced Microsoft Office skills
§ Good English skill both written and spoken
§ BPCS experience is a plus
§ Strong problem-solving and independent working capability.
