INDUSTRY
? Must have a number of years experience in the hospitality market
? Ideally in furniture or FF&E product sector
? Should have direct knowledge of some hotel groups and owners
SALES
? Must be aggressive sales closer
? Should have sufficient experience and gravitas to establish regional agents, dealing with selection, contracts, follow-up, goal setting etc
? Must have commanding but diplomatic approach.
? Must be numerate to determine pricing, terms quickly and efficiently.
BUSINESS ABILITY
? Should have good Chinese (specific needs unknown) and English language skills
? Should have a strong sense of urgency (when projects require action to ensure timely delivery)
? Must be a able to handle multiple projects efficiently simultaneously
CHARACTER
? Should be highly articulate and presentable.
? Must be strong self-starter and self motivated
TRAVEL
? Must be prepared to travel extensively to meet customers and agents face to face
